William Fry will supervise GPS-Buddy 's prospectus

William Fry has, after meetings with representatives of Bridge and GPS-Buddy in Dublin, accepted to supervise and be responsible for the drafting of the prospectus for GPS-Buddy.

This also includes activities to co-ordinate the approval with the Financial Supervisory Authority in Ireland and passport this into markets where the company will meet the Bridge members.
With significant involvement in mergers and acquisitions activity, William Fry is one of the leaders in the commercial, corporate and financial services sector. As one of Ireland's largest law firms, William Fry advises a substantial number of leading Irish and international companies, covering both the public and private sector. With a staff of over 300, the firm operates a large international practice across many countries.
BDO Seidman will perform the financial Due Dilligence of GPS-Buddy and assist William Fry with the financial assessments. BDO Seidman is a national professional services firm providing assurance, tax, financial advisory and consulting services to a wide range of publicly traded and privately held companies. BDO Seidman serves clients through 35 offices and more than 300 independent alliance firm locations nationwide. Deloitte Touche will be the financial advisor for GPS-Buddy and assist in tax and auditing issues.

As soon as the company has received a more detailed schedule from William Fry and initiated a first contact with FSA, William Fry will come back with an announcement of the expected date for the second round of the share issue.
